InnLink's iLINK Demonstration InnLink's optional iLINK is a consumer accessed reservation entry portal into your hotel, and allows guests to make reservations at your hotel and to receive confirmations immediately via the Internet. Your hotel's policies, rates, deposit requirements, directions, and other vital information may be entered and accessed by guests accessing your site and using the link. How does it work? iLINK is attached to your property's website so that your guests see only your hotel's information. When an availability check is conducted by a potential guest, InnLink's iLINK checks the inventory/availability, rates, and additional property information. When the reservation is confirmed, the guest receives a confirmation number and may print out the confirmation as a reference.
InnLink's RESmatrix Demonstration InnLink's RESmatrix is an Internet accessible, user-friendly tool that allows hotel and reservation managers to take control of rates and rate codes, availability, inventory, length of stay management, hotel detail information, guest lists, information forms, and reports. As hotel and guest events occur that encourage the hotelier to open or close inventory assignments by distribution channel or "total hotel" (such as an unexpected group cancellation or weather conditions that unexpectedly fill the hotel), InnLink provides immediate access to reservation management through RESmatrix.
