InnLink has partnered with Maine Innkeepers Association, Maine Tourism Association and Maine Office of Tourism to provide online reservations through their travel websites. In addition to providing this booking engine service to association members through InnLink, we are also able to provide GDS (Global Distribution Services), Pegasus / Internet reservation connectivity and private label booking engine services so that guests may book rooms directly on your property's website. 

InnLink Products & Services Overview:

  • Online reservations ("Book It" Button) on www.maineinns.com, www.mainetourism.com and www.visitmaine.com using InnLink's booking engine, iLINK.
  • InnLink's Branded Booking Engine, iLINK, may also be applied to your property's own website to allow consumers to make reservations directly on your website.
  • InnLink's eLINK electronic reservation service includes Global Distribution System (GDS) and Pegasus connectivity. This provides your property visability with travel agents worldwide and gives them the ability to book reservations. It also connects your property to Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity, and other sites used by consumers for online booking of hotel reservations. By electing eLINK service your property will automatically display on the InnLink Reservation Portal Service which is available on the Maine Innkeepers Association and Maine Tourism Association websites. RPS enables visitors to the Maine Innkeepers Association and Maine Tourism Association websites to confirm reservations by clicking on the "Online Reservations" button.

Fees:

  • One Time Set Up Fee: $350 per property for a one year contract, $250 per property for a two year contract or $150 per property for a three year contract.
  • Monthly minimum of $50. Monthly fee applied by Innlink if the sum of Innlink's reservation service fees does not equal the fee amount for an invoiced month.

    Auto-pay through ACH withdrawal or Credit/Debit Card is required.

    Reservation Fees:

  • iLINK Reservations are charged at a rate of 5% of the reservation's value for a stay-period not to exceed 5 days.
  • eLINK Reservations are charged at a rate of 7% of the reservation's value for a stay-period not to exceed 5 days. Each eLINK reservation also incurs an electronic transaction fee of $5.95 per reservation. Each property that chooses eLINK services will also be invoiced a Pegasus monthly subscription fee of $12.60. In some cases travel agent commissions may apply.
  • Reservation Delivery and Data Changes: 
  • Reservation Delivery: InnLink does not charge for reservations delivered to a hotel or inn via email. However, a "per fax" transmission charge of $0.50 is applied if a hotel or inn requests that InnLink fax a reservation to the property. In addition, InnLink maintains a list of both one-way and two-way PMS interfaces - optionally - and are available at an additional fee. Please consult with your InnLink representative.
  • Data Changes: InnLink's RESmatrix data management tool is available to all customers at no charge. It is used to manage property data including rates, inventory, availability, reports, and more. However, if a customer chooses not to use RESmatrix, and requests that InnLink manually change a property's data, InnLink will apply a "per request " fee of $2.00 for each faxed, emailed, or telephonic data or rate change request. InnLink provides RESmatrix training at no charge, and encourages customers to manage their own data, inventory and rates.

Should you wish to enroll in the Associations' online, internet reservation programs only, or if you wish to add GDS and Pegasus/Internet reservation services also, please choose one of the following options below to review and complete the contract process and select services.  If you are enrolling multiple properties, please complete one agreement per property.
